Nice place with its free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and lovely outdoor dining area. Staff once helped me with a local taxi recommendation that I still remember. I'll definitely come back for my next city trip!

A nice accommodation if you only want to stay a few nights. The price is proportionate. It is nicely decorated and there is a cafe. My dorm was ok, the beds are clean, so is the floor. In the basement near the Luggage Room there are the usual cockroaches, which is probably unavoidable in New York. The location is great, a few minutes walk from the metro and about 10 minutes from Little Italy and Chinatown. On Orchard Street there are nice cafes and bars.

Awesome experience there. Clean and wonderful place, very kind staff. Great and unbeatable location for visiting coffee store and eateries. Very easy to get from LaGuardia airport, just 9 miles. Exceptional and ideal rooms with a storage and a lounge. Good view of the skyline. Great restaurant and nice service. Late check out.

The location was excellent, just a minute from the subway, and the penthouse room provided fine views. The experience was overshadowed by a lack of assistance with luggage, dirty floors and bathrooms, and a significant absence of basic amenities like food and water. It felt more like a nightmare than a vacation destination, leading to a feeling of being scammed despite the beautiful room we booked.

Location super! Bed comfortable and daily fresh towels and every 2 days fresh sheets, 24h reception!
The toilet flushing was partly done so it was quite loud,

It was a respectable hotel with large rooms.

This funky hotel has a warm, attentive, friendly staff. My room, which was one of the hotel's smallest, was fairly spacious by New York standards. Great location for exploring the Lower East Side.
If your travel plans are prone to possible last-minute changes in your schedule, this might not be the place for you because management will not budge on its 72-hour advance cancellation policy.

The kids enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, and we had a blast exploring The Great Broadway theaters, just a subway ride away. Having snacks available was a nice touch, too, especially after a long day out!
My children wanted a little more space to play. A small play area would've.

The staff was fairly friendly and excellent and the owner too. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to two different subway stations. What's more, it was not far from the metro station and Chinatown and Broadway and Shopping Areas, Bars and Restaurants.

I loved that it was different! The rooms are spacious, clean, and the general atmosphere of the lobby is very welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful... stayed there for 5 days and each time we returned after a day away it felt like we were returning home. The art work and the details of the building are interesting and shows that much thought has been put into it. Looking forward to returning.
t Only one complain...the mattress could have been better... too soft for our liking.

We have stayed at the Blue Moon Hotel several times. We like the location, near the Williamsburg Bridge and easy walking distance to great shopping, restaurants, and conveniences (parking garage, drug stores, etc.). We also like the large guest rooms, which feature a double bed. a daybed for seating and additional sleeping accomodations, plus a small table and chairs. The hotel is a refurbished older building, so if "new" is important, this hotel is not for you. However, the rooms (including bathrooms) are always clean, the contintental breakfast is good, the staff is friendly, and the WiFi is free and convenient.
